We will not tolerate harassment in any form at our events. We reserve the right to remove any person who violates our Code of Conduct from attending current or future events, and to cancel an individual’s registration without refund.

  • Look out for one another as part of this community-oriented environment.
  • Respect the boundaries of other attendees.
  • Seek consent before initiating physical contact.
  • Avoid aggressively pitching your own cases, services, or products.
  • Respect confidentiality requests by fellow delegates.

WE WILL NOT TOLERATE THE FOLLOWING BEHAVIOR:

  • Sexual harassment of any kind, including unwelcome sexual attention or unwelcome physical contact.
  • Disruptive behavior, drinking excessively, stalking, or following anyone.
  • Abuse of power (including abuses related to position, wealth, race, or gender).

  • Violent or threatening behavior.

THE WELLBEING SUMMIT FOR SOCIAL CHANGE - OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

We will provide an advocate, if requested, and investigate reported incidents, as appropriate. You can be assured this will be done with discretion and confidentiality.

ETHICAL BUSINESS CONDUCT

The Wellbeing Summit for Social Change expects attendees to conduct all matters in an ethical manner with the highest standards of integrity. This includes engaging in good faith, honest and fair dealings; representing facts accurately on the use of funds, impact of work, financial health of organization, and capabilities and conduct of key leadership and board members; protecting confidential and proprietary information; and responsibly undertaking fiduciary duties. We also expect attendees not to engage in conflicts of interest, including but not limited to: exerting undue influence; self-dealing; nepotism; accepting personal payments, gifts or offers in exchange for benefits; engaging in conflicting outside employment; and using the funds or labor for personal use.

If you experience or witness what you feel is harassment or inappropriate behavior at the Summit, please report it immediately to summit@wellbeing-project.org.
